Lola continued her education and received her Masters in Nursing with an Advanced Practice in Nursing from New Mexico State University in 2010. Lola worked with Dr. Ghaly for 7 years after she graduated. Her areas of clinical interest include Medication Management, Psychotherapy, and Christian Counseling. She has been certified in helping others through Healing Heart Wounds, and has been working with Upstate Psychiatry since 2016.

Adekola Alao, MD, MRCPsych Founder

Dr. Alao completed his medical schooling at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and his Masters degree at the University College, London, England. Upon receiving his Masters, his residency was practiced within Oxford University, England in 1996, followed by SUNY Upstate Medical University in 1998. As a member of the faculty, he has been involved in the department of Psychiatry at SUNY Upstate Medical University since 1998 and worked as a Polytrauma and Rehabilitation Psychiatrist for 10 years at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. Dr. Alao is also certified by the American College of Sport Medicine (ACSM). With over 35 years ofclinical experience as a physician, he has been named as one of the Best Doctors in United States yearly since 2007.
