Dr. Aditya Vora

Psychiatric Director

Dr. Aditya Vora is a board-certified psychiatrist who brings warmth, clinical expertise, and an integrative approach to mental-health care. Originally from Long Island, New York, Dr. Vora moved to Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University for medical school, remained for his residency, and has since made Florida his professional home. He specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. His practice philosophy centers on helping patients cultivate purpose, resilience, and a renewed sense of belonging. At NeuPath Mind Wellness, Dr. Vora provides care in a judgment-free environment that honors each individual’s cultural, racial, gender, and spiritual identity. He values collaboration—working closely with patients to tailor treatment plans that align with their preferences, whether through traditional psychiatric care, integrative and complementary medicine, or a blend of both. Dr. Vora finds meaning in witnessing his patients’ growth and healing, and is dedicated to helping each person achieve a higher quality of life. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Katy Redfield

APRN

Throughout her nursing career, Katy has worked in a variety of settings, including pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, adult emergency care, and trauma units. She has received specialized training in pediatric trauma and intensive care and has worked at All Children's Hospital in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Currently, Katy is a member of the Child Protection Team of Palm Beach County and works at Allay Health and Wellness in Palm Beach Gardens as well as NeuPath Mind Wellness in DelRay Beach. She is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and is dedicated to giving her all to each person she treats. In addition to her professional life, Katy is happily married with two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys traveling, gardening, and completing small projects with her loved ones. She believes that life is an adventure and that the best way to navigate its ups and downs is to be surrounded by those you love.
