Cantera Psychiatry
Cantera Psychiatry provides relief from the symptoms of mental illness using ketamine therapy. The clinic administers Spravato, the intranasal form of ketamine to help patients heal from treatment-resistant disorders such as depression and suicidal thoughts or actions. The clinic believes in a multi-pronged approach and that is why they offer ketamine therapy alongside other forms of treatment such as oral antidepressants and psychotherapy. Cantera Psychiatry is led by Dr. Sarah Ansbro, a passionate ally to the LGBTQIA community in San Antonio. She and the team at the health clinic aim to provide a safe environment for people to come to for treatment. By using ketamine alongside other forms of therapy, the team at the clinic provides patients with recovery plans that aim to treat each patient as a whole and not just for their symptoms.
